Andrew Myall – Managing Director


Andrew Myall Andrew is an accomplished businessman having held senior and board level positions in Blue Chip and SME enterprises. He has been involved in securing Debt & Equity Finance for the past 10 years including various types of strategy consultancy work. He has also started several business ventures of his own including Telecoms Infrastructure, Offshore Hedge Funds, Jewellery Importers and Land & Property thus making his knowledge base both flexible and diverse. Andrew has now personally developed over 100 business and financial plans with a view to raising capital in many different industry and market sectors.

Richard Cottrell – Commercial Director

Richard Cottrell Richard's early commercial experience was with a Japanese manufacturer. Moving into Channel Distribution, he successfully ran his own organisation following a MBO. Having sold this organisation he spent many years working within a Global Corporation with roles including Sales and Marketing, Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Process Development and Implementation. He is a qualified Lominger Development Practitioner and a Six Sigma Process Developer.

Carmel Warren: SFLG – Franchise - Interim Financial Support


Carmel Warren Carmel is a practised finance professional who has experience at Blue Chip, SME and start-up level as well as being a qualified Chartered Accountant (Ernst & Young 1989). She has worked in a senior capacity at Exxon Mobil and Debenhams plc and her client experience has included Next Retail, Lloyds Insurance syndicates and Marubeni. Carmel specialises in working with SMEs looking for early to mid stage finance particularly through SFLG and Private Equity investment with a view to later stage sale or IPO.
Andy Warren: Technology – Strategy - Decision

Andy Warren Andy has over 19 years of experience in business and finance and he has raised significant investment in private equity and venture capital for emerging businesses. He has negotiated and managed the purchase and sale of companies ranging from £1m to £400m in value, including managing and selling Smartgroups.com to Freeserve plc for £60m. Andy is currently a founding director of Centric Telecom, a communications company established in 2001 with investment from Alchemy Partners, Goldman Sachs and Providence Equity. He trained in Finance and Commerce and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with Ernst & Young. Andy has also had broad national and international experience working at senior levels in Philips Electronics, Philips Media, British Telecom and Freeserve/Wanadoo.
Julian Stafford: Invoice Finance – Asset Finance - Business Loans

Julian Stafford Julian is a Retail Business Studies graduate who started his financial career in Asset Finance for Lease Plan Ltd (formally ABN AMRO Group), working as a Business Development Manager providing vehicle fleet management solutions to SME businesses. He then entered Corporate Banking for RBS as Commercial Business Development Manager specialising in property finance, business term loans and international trade finance. Subsequently he moved to RBS Invoice Finance as Business Development Manager providing Factoring and Invoice Discounting facilities to businesses with turnovers of up to £15m.
David Smart: Venture Capital – Corporate Finance - Strategy

David Smart David is a qualified chartered accountant (with KPMG) and he has worked in venture capital and corporate finance with the National Enterprise Board, The Prudential, Lazards, Friends Provident and other high technology funds, raising money for both start-ups and mature businesses. Moreover he has had 30 years SME strategy experience. Recently he has been involved privately in fund raisings up to $20 million and obtaining loans from £50,000 upwards.
Nigel Pennington: Accounting & Finance – Strategy - IS Implementation & Control

Nigel is an FCA. During 20 years with Mobil Oil, he held various financial positions at international level before becoming CFO for France and French West Africa. He then moved to the Elf Acquitaine Group and held senior financial positions in London and Paris before and after the merger with Total. More recently he has been CFO of Geoservices SA and subsequently of Aurado SA an upstream Oil & Gas business.

Graham Page: Sales – Marketing - Strategy

Graham has worked as a senior general manager with UK and international experience gained in the information technology industries.  He has extensive experience in managing sales, marketing, implementation, and support of application software throughout Europe.  He has also accrued in-depth knowledge of interim management, business planning and development, finance, relocations and business-to-business sales and partnerships.

Lyndon Doherty: Sales – Marketing - Business Development

Lyndon Doherty A highly motivated and experienced business and technology graduate with a background of senior level and ownership positions in both large and small organisations spanning the last 17 years. Lyndon is a highly adaptable self-starter with a broad range of business and management skills specialising in business development, marketing and business process improvement. Lyndon is a high achiever capable of succeeding in the most demanding situations.
