Business Angels

Business Angels are high net worth individuals who have a varied degree of experience and along with that have a varying degree of expectation and interest which can rapidly change on occasion.  We are currently connected to several Business Angel networks, which cover all industries.

As a result traditional Business Angels will take an equity stake (circa 20-70%) and expect to have a significant influence in the business decision making process, however on occasion some Business Angels may be interested to view high returning investments as a sole investment. The average for an investment would range from £50K to £250k.

We would prepare the business and strategy plan along with an executive summary for the investors to review, in addition to preparation for any meetings and scenario based questions.

The relationship between our client and a Business Angel is as much about matching personalities and assessing the right personality mix as it is about investment criteria.
