Aimed at those seeking unbiased expert advice on all aspects of their business including funding, staff, sales & marketing, customer care, family matters etc. A 2 hour meeting to take place at your business premises*, our Head Office or other suitable venue. A detailed Summary & Suggestion Report will be sent within 2 weeks of the meeting.

Fee: £275 + VAT (plus agreed travel expenses if applicable*).

Business Review & Planning

A useful tool for SME owners to solve problems and increase competitiveness. An IBA advisor will meet with you for 1 day. The 2 hour morning session will review and assess current and past activity and the 2 hour afternoon session will explore ways of improving the performance of your business. Financial and background information will be required beforehand. Afterwards, a report will be sent to you summarising the review, along with a detailed Business Plan. This will help you operate your business and can also be shown to banks, investors and other interested parties. The meeting can be held at our Esher offices, your business premises or other suitable venue*.

Fee: £750 + VAT (plus agreed travel expenses if applicable*).

The IBA Helpline Service to Business Owners

Struggling with problems by yourself? No-one unbiased to talk to? Unfortunately this is a common problem. Many business owners have no one else to help, advise, confide in or discuss matters that concern them. This is why we have introduced the IBA Helpline. Consultancy and mentoring is now available to business owners 5 days a week throughout the year. The IBA will provide you with a dedicated Advisor who will act as your soundboard and unseen partner. For a small monthly retainer he will give advice and assistance by phone or email about virtually any business matter - helping you improve your procedures, staff relations, financial projections & analysis, efficiency, profitability and lifestyle. The advantage of the service is that it is flexible and inexpensive.

After the initial Engagement Fee you pay a low monthly amount by standing order and can stop at any time by giving just one months notice.

Initial Fee: £250 + VAT (includes first months fee and initial meeting*)
Monthly Fee: £100 + VAT
What is included: advice from a dedicated Advisor by phone/email on most aspects of your business.
What is not included: detailed analysis/reports, loan or funding applications, meetings, presentations, specific legal and accountancy advice.

*The initial meeting is for up to two hours at our Esher offices. It can also be held at your own premises - an extra charge for travel time & expenses will apply.
